Today I had Chilis for lunch...sampler platter, chicken crispers, eggrolls and texas cheese fries, yummy! tonight will be papa johns pizza...we are keeping the nephews and I know the kids will enjoy pizza...ordered pepperoni & mushroom! yummy. I love mushroom on pizza! its my fav! Also trying a cinnamon pie pizza for our dessert! :)
Speaking of loving mushrooms, I am going to be frying some mushroom caps next week and I need a good recipe for a dip. I REALLY like the idea of a ZAX Sauce or Outback Steakhouse Bloomin' Onion Sauce Style. Any ideas? It's got to have horseradish (a pretty significant amount...enough to notice it as the dominant flavor), mayo-based probably, Garlic, maybe buttermilk (a small amount), Paprika, Salt, Pepper, .....look at me. How did asking a question turn into me making up a recipe? Anyway, do you have any recipes or ideas? Even store-bought stuff?

ReplyDeleteYou and your husband...or whole family for that matter, should get together sometime soon and You and I each cook part of the meal. Try to use a recipe that is your own and has not been posted online anywhere yet. Doesn't that sound fun?
